I’m so excited to share some of Jessie’s brilliance with you, because she is a rockstar when it comes to pre- and postnatal exercise. I’ve written a bit about loving your postpartum body before, but that message is not heard nearly often enough! I know that it’s SO hard to start loving your body when you’ve spent years, or even decades, hating it and trying to punish it into a smaller version of itself. HOW do we start to learn to love this body as-is? Jessie helps you start here.

I was of the mindset for so long that I’d be able to love my body when my abs looked like ________, and my legs looked like _________, and my arms looked like __________. I want YOU to continue teaching yourself how to love your body regardless of it’s current shape. Actually, scratch that.
